Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)

The ASVAB is administered to all students in grade 10 and any students grades 11 and 12 who want to take the assessment. The ASVAB assesses students' aptitude in four different areas: reading, math, scientific/technical, and spatial. The assessment indicates a student's likelihood of future academic and vocational/career success by determining in which of the four areas a student's aptitude lies. Student need approximately 150 minutes to complete the tests.

The ASVAB is administered by the military and is used when someone decides to join one of the branches of the military. For more information, please visit the ASVAB web site.
